As a Bharat Petroleum employee, you are entitled to certain benefits after retirement. If you wish to transfer or withdraw existing balances in your Provident Fund or Employee Pension Scheme, you can do so by downloading the applicable form(s) below.

Withdrawal / Scheme Certificate

If you are a member of Employees Pension Scheme 1995 and have resigned from BPCL with less than 10 years of service and wish to opt for withdrawal of the EPS contribution or Scheme Certificate, you can fill in Form 10C and send it to the Regional BPCL HRS set-up. Your form will then be duly attested and submitted to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner.

If you have resigned from service and joined another employer, please fill in Form 13 to transfer your PF/EPS balance to your new employer.
