1. Participants to buy small pack of MAK Lubricants (Select MRP Packs* only/-) and scan the coupon inside the pack on Hello BPCL App (Digital app on Play store/IOS).

2. The scheme is valid on coupon scanned between 14^th Nov’23 and 30^th Nov’23.

3. The scheme is applicable in select cities on select retailer shops/ workshops and BPCL Retail outlets.

1. 1.The said Contest (defined hereunder) is being conducted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Bharat Bhavan, P. 2. 3. The said Contest is open to only Indian citizens of more than eighteen (18) years of age and residing in India. Employees of the Company, Channel Partners and Agencies associated with the said Contest, including their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

   The contest shall not be valid and no participants from any city/state may participate if such contests and participation is prohibited as per applicable law in the states that they reside in/belong to.

   The Participants acknowledge that they do not have any medical, physical and/or emotional condition which can jeopardize their eligibility for participation in the Contest.

4. Any person, who being entitled to participate in the said Contest does all of the following:

   (Collectively “Participant(s))”

   It is clarified that

   1. No purchase is necessary for participating in the Contest and it is open to all including the persons who have not purchased Company products in the past; and
   2. Company shall not charge any amount for participation in the Contest and the sole criteria for participation shall be compliance of the above activities and any other activities as stated hereunder. 

5. By participating in the said Contest, it is deemed that the participation is voluntary, and each Participant has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

6. Participation by a Participant is valid for only one account of the Participant on either of the social media platforms. A Participant will be entitled for the Prize only for one comment on the designated post on any of the three social medial platforms. The Company holds the sole discretion to disqualify the Participant.

7. Any 10 (Hundred) Participants out of all entries received, who have replied below the designated contest post on the social media platforms shall be selected by the Company (at their sole discretion) and shall be declared as the Winner of the said Contest (“Winner(s)). The Company will select any (random) number of Participants (totalling to 10) from all of the social media platforms (Corporate and MAK Lubricants) together i.e. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. The Company’s decision on selection of the Winners shall be final and binding on the Participants. Mere Participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participants to win the Prize.

8. The Prize shall be subject to the terms and conditions as specified by BPCL from time to time. The Prize is non-exchangeable for cash equivalent. The Company holds the complete right to change the Prize at any time without any prior notice.

9. Digital Gift voucher will be sent to winners via Email or DM, upon the Winner sharing his/her email, contact details and documents with the Company as requested.

10. The name of the Winners shall be announced on social media platforms through a post. Upon such announcement, the Winner is expected to contact the Company via DM and convey their acceptance of the Prize within 24 (twenty-four) hours from date of declaration. In case of failure to do so, the Winner/s shall have deemed to have waived his/her entitlement to the Prize and the Company shall be entitled to announce another Winner or deal with the Prize in any manner that they may think fit and proper.

    3. consents / permits the Company to use and share (including third parties) the Personal Information for all purposes connected to the said Contest and as per applicable laws. 13. 15. The Company shall be entitled to call upon the Winner to produce such documents as may be necessary to provide their identity. Failure to produce adequate documentation may result in forfeiture of the Prize/s.

16. In case any Winner is subsequently found to be (a) disqualified; or (b) ineligible; or (c) if the Company has reasonable ground to believe that the Winner has breached any of the terms and conditions of the Contest, the Company reserves its right to cancel/forfeit the Prize and confer the same to another Winner or deal with the same in the manner the Company deems fit and proper. 

17. The Company shall endeavor to deliver the Prize to the concerned Winner within 6 (six) months from the acceptance of Prize or such other date as may be deemed fit by the Company. Once the coupon no. is successfully entered, the customer shall receive a confirmation SMS on the registered Mobile no. confirming participation.

    b) Participation through SMS: A customer purchasing minimum 1 liter petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together from BPCL’s Retails Outlets should SMS: PARTICIPATE<Space>MAK <Space> RO DEALER CODE <Space> MAK Coupon Number to 57575. It is clarified that the Organizers shall have no responsibility/liability if a Participant is unable to travel to the destination concerned due to failure to obtain a valid Visa/relevant travel documents/approvals within the applicable travel time and the Organizers shall entertain no claims in this regard. The Organizers will not be responsible or liable for any act or conduct of the Singapore Trip winners during their trip, or any consequences arising therefrom. Singapore Trip winners have to comply with all rules/regulations/laws of Government of India and Singapore on their own and BPCL shall not be responsible for their failure in getting such clearances/approvals.

28. Date of Travel is likely to be in April/May 2020 and it will be binding on Winners to join the conducted Tour as per final dates informed.

29. In event of failure to join the conducted tour on specified date for any reason (i.e. denial of visa, non-availability of passport, medical emergencies, any other exigency or any other reason), there will be no compensation in cash or alternative package or alternative dates etc.

30. BPCL reserves the right to take alternative draw or make a wait list for replacement entries if winner is not in a position to avail the scheme or is not contactable as per terms and conditions of the scheme.

31. The Singapore Trip winners and the Rs. 1000 gift vouchers winners shall, at the request of the Organizers participate in all Contest related activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prizes free of charge, and they consent to the Organizers using their name and image in Contest material.

32. Once the winners are shortlisted, the Organizers shall contact each winner on the mobile number against which the participation entry was done.

33. In the event if the shortlisted winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, an SMS will be sent to the participant intimating her/him that the call was in relation to him/her having won a Prize in the Contest and further notifying him/her that winner has to get in touch with BPCL either in person or on email to give confirmation. Two more attempts would be made to contact the Participant. Despite multiple attempts,if the winner remains unreachable or non-responsive or not interested for a total period of 7 days from the 1st attempt to reach him, the Participant’s participation in the Contest will come to an end and the Participant’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes. 34. Offer Rewards will be provided only after proper verification via Valid ID and address Proof. For Mismatched Cases, the winner will be disqualified. 35. For Participation Entries received from Customers through App or SMS, all Entries will be validated for a Valid Customer Mobile Number, Valid 6 Digit Unique Retail Outlet Number and Valid Unique 10 Digit Number printed on Scratch Number (as maintained in Master File of BPCL). Any Invalid entry will not be considered for Lucky Draw or Selfie/Picture Contest (for TamilNadu & Puducherry) winner. With respect to Unique 10 Digit Number printed on Scratch coupon, any duplicate entry will not be considered for any unique number entry already received.

39. The Organizers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, documents, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise.     • Any SPAM generated messages.

    • Any other conditions beyond the reasonable control of Organizers

41. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Organizers to cover the Contest through various media/platforms inter alia newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Participant shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage and their use of name, voice, likeness, image, illustrations etc. by the Organizers in this regard.

42. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the Contest material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest with BPCL. The organizer or any person or entity permitted by organizer in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media/platform for future contest, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.

43. All material submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to BPCL upon submission and become the property of BPCL exclusively. BPCL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it deems fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of BPCL.

44. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that she/he is eligible and competent to participate in the Contest and abide by its terms and conditions and that all information provided by Participant is correct and complete. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified

45. The Organizers shall only entertain disputes/complaints/queries made within a period of one month from the date on which the Contest Period ends. The Organizers shall not be liable to address any dispute/complaint/queries made after the expiry of the aforesaid one month.

46. Failure to exercise or any delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of the Organizers.

47. The participation in the Offer is voluntary. 49. Unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in these Terms and Conditions shall not have an effect on any other clause in these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.

50. The Organizers shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of any Prizes.

51. By entering the Contest, the Participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify the Organizers from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of acceptance of the Prizes or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise as well as any legal expenditure. By taking part in the “Diwali Moments - Picture Contest”, the Contestants hereby acknowledges that he/she willingly opts to participate in this contest/activity at his/her sole discretion and conscience. The Contestants accepts and agrees that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, and is legally bound by these terms and conditions mentioned herein.

How to participate:

The SPEED IQ is a Quiz designed to help you explore a little more about the Brand SPEED, the first premium branded fuel of India. SPEED is the fuel partner of the annual international motor extravaganza, Mahindra Baja SAE 2016 which is an event that prepares young engineering students of India to shape and design cars of the future and the contest is being organized as part of the awareness and amplification during the Baja Week.

There will be a question a day from 16 to 21 February 2016 and 10 winners will receive prizes worth Rs.2000 each from SPEED.

b) Contestants will have to post their answers on BPCL FACEBOOK itself as comments to the Question of the day

d) Each day’s question will be posted at 10:00am and the answers have to be posted before 10:00am the next day.

We invite you to send us a photograph with a Teacher who has inspired you. The photograph has to be sent with a brief note on why he/she is your favorite teacher or professor. The contest is open to students of schools, colleges and also others who would like to remember and share their respects and gratitude to their teachers.

The entries should be submitted by 12:00 noon on 10 September 2015 in the prescribed format to the mail id: bpclteachersday@gmail.com

This is an ALL INDIA contest and winners will be adjudged by a FACEBOOK Poll. Entries received will be posted in exclusive folders for each category at 12:00 noon on 16 September 2015. You have to follow BHARAT PETROLEUM on the official fan page to participate further in the contest. TOP 5 photographs that receive the maximum LIKES in each category will receive pre-loaded BHARAT PETROLEUM PETROCARDs with Rs.1000 worth of Fuel.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. CATEGORY :

The contest is open in three categories:

1. 1. School Students
   2. College Students
   3. Others

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The competition is open to all Indian Citizens and children of Indian Citizens residing in India/ Abroad.

1.2 Images that have won prizes in prior competitions, or have been used for commercial purposes and/or been published will not be eligible

1.3 Participant can submit only one image and only in one category

2. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
   
2.1 Images of not more than 10 MB in size must be submitted online and the organiser may request for higher resolution images subsequently. The original images should be at least 3 MB in size as winning images will be printed and exhibited.

2.2 Submitted images should be in JPEG format and at least 1,600 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 1,600 pixels tall for a vertical image.
    
2.3 Each participant can submit only one (1) image.
    
2.4 Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed.
    
2.5 The photograph has to be sent with the ENTRY FORM to bpclteachersday@gmail.com Entries without the Entry Form will not be considered.
    
2.6 All submitted images are non-returnable. The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s full name, and where the image was taken. (E.g. Rachna Rastogi Pune)
    
2.7 Important Dates:

3. COPYRIGHT/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Each image submitted must be the original and unpublished work of the participant who must also be its copyright owner.

3.2 The participant shall retain copyright to the image entered for the competition.

3.3 By submitting an image for the competition, the participant will be regarded as having granted the organiser the right to use the image in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without any fee payment, for the purposes of promoting the competition or areas related to the organiser’s work including:       

1. Petroleum products and services
2. Online customer engagement & promotions
3. Education and Social Welfare

Where any image is so used by the organiser, the participant will be acknowledged accordingly.

4. PRIZES

4.1 Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
    
4.2 The organiser reserves the right to change or replace the competition prizes and/or modify the rules and regulations of the competition as and when necessary, without prior notice.

4.3 The organiser shall not be liable for any fault with any of the prizes and any issues or queries relating to the condition of the prizes should be referred to the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes.

5. JUDGING AND RESULTS

5.1 This is an ALL INDIA contest and winners will be adjudged on a FACEBOOK Poll. Entries received will be posted in exclusive folders for each category at 12:00 noon on 16 September 2015. 5.2 Results of the competition will be posted on www.bharatpetroleum.in, BPCL social media pages and winners will also be notified via email by the dates mentioned above.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

6.1 By submitting an image for the competition, the participant will be regarded as having accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations of the competition.

6.2 While the organiser will exercise due care during the collection, selection and storage of images, it shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or destruction of the images.

7. ORGANISERS

7.1 “To MY TEACHER WITH LOVE” photography contest is organised by Corporate Brand & PR, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai.

Mr. K. K. Gupta, Director (Marketing), BPCL declares the winners of the “I LOVE BPCL JACKPOT-2015”, the Facebook Quiz organized as part of BPCL Foundation Day 2015.

The lucky draw was in the presence of Mr. S. Ramesh, Executive Director (Brand, PR & New Initiatives) and his team at BPCL HQ, Mumbai on 09 February 2015.
